1. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R110 applies to all deliveries.

• Free Delivery: Orders with a total value exceeding R1,000 qualify for free delivery.

• Delivery Options: Customers can choose between door-to-door courier delivery or collection at a PostNet or PEP counter.

2. Shipping Addresses & Customer Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

• Incorrect Information: If a package is misdelivered or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer assumes full liability.

3. Lost or Misplaced Shipments

• While we are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address details, we value our customers and will reasonably assist in tracking or attempting to retrieve the lost shipment from the courier wherever possible.
